I just recently broke my lease at Creekside because of several things. Like many places their only concern is to make money, but they take it too far. If you have constant complaints about a tenant it obviously needs to be taken care of, but they never did. Security does nothing but go up and join the party. The dog upstairs pissed all over my son's toys and they said, "oh, we'll give them a courtesy call." This continued for several months. We paid $100 over our rent twice and somehow that money just disappeared. Before I left the place I scrubbed that place from top to bottom. I took pictures of how clean it was (sparkling) and they still charged us a total of $150 to fix up the apartment ($99 just for the cleaning fee, which they had to do nothing). Mold around the windows is a constant problem. I read other reviews and did not pay attention because I thought that this place was "nice" and that most places have problems like this, but the management is rude and unconcerned. I believe you can find a much nicer place who will not rip you off.
