Good location but...

PROS:
1. It is located in a very good location. It is next to the central park in SM.
CONS:
1. The management changed about 4 times in the past 2 years I lived there. The current manager, 2009, seems to be the best one so far and I am hoping he stays.
2. The building is not insulated well. The building is probably 50-70 years old. The noise level is unreal. I hear garbage truck, gardeners, alarm from neighbors and etc. It is also very cold in winter.
3. There are unknown bugs in our buildings. Someone said it is like "silk eating warm" or something. They are everywhere, in our shower, closet, food storage, bedroom. It is pretty disgusting.
I moved in to this apt when the housing bubble was at peak. So I am paying pretty high in rent. I hate moving but they leave me no choice.
