we have been living here 16 months by now,a nd still living here.
We love this location. It is very convenient, close to everything. Restaurants, shop, cinemas, bars, medical faciities, train station, park, tennis court. Great view with a big balcony. We love spending time there. Noise of train and fire station is a bit minus. A bit old but solid building. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. No compliment so far.
Ulitilies are included in the rent. less hassle and great deal.
