The building isn't beautiful by any means, greenish and looks errr functional. But the good surprise comes when visiting the aparments! Beautiful views, roomy, clean, well equipped. Residents are mainly old people which is great: no noise, safe. Staff is good. Location is probably one of the best you can find in San Mateo.

Covered, gated parking is cheap (40$ a month).
