I had the same experience as others who did not get thier cleaning deposit back even though it was professionally cleaned and painted they still charged me for both- 5 GALLONS OF PAINT- WHAT A JOKE. THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF CLEANING AND KEEPING DEPOSITS TRUST ME AND LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE I SAW IT HAPPEN TO. NOT ONLY WILL THEY KEEP IT, THEY WILL GIVE YOU ABILL FOR MORE! THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE REPUTATION FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also no AC, but of coarse if you like it warm you'll be happy!
If you are on the South Side I hope your a morning person cause every morning at 6 AM BFI has a bottle crashing alarm, like clockwork, 7 days a week.

OMG! We rent for overall 6 years every year different place and we never ABSOLUTELY NEVER meet anything similar to ACCO management! They are absolutely disgusting! after 1 year of living there we kissed goodbye to our deposit even though we were warned that management is terrible, we still thought we have enough experience to handle it ourselves. Now after kissing goodbye to our deposit of 650$, we have a bill for additional 940$! We have looong road to go with them! And we will. Its a pitty not a lot of people want to join in a battle against these predators. Anyway, I would like to know how ur experiences ended!
