Sixties concrete bunker building with avg age of tenant in 70's or Japanese (approx 20% of building). Manager (----) is a total snob and a joke as if managing an apt building when you are 60 yo means you have made it in life'

FIRE STATION RIGHT NEXT DOOR of course they don't tell you that when you walk through and sign a lease after 15 minutes. Noise level is huge, can hear bar across street, sirens wailing to hospital. No money is ever spent on updating the building, it is a turn back in time.

Pool sucks, cold wind tunnel with 70 and 80 yo gawking at you!!

Very accurate description PLUS the noise of dumpsters dumping beer bottles EVERY MORNING at 6 Am from the bar! I agree with everything but the comment about the manager, she is a sweet lady. This company raised the rent by 30% (from 9 months prior and well abouve market price)when I tried to leave 2 months early and no one would rent it at that price. Don't try to break a lease or leave the place with ONE SPECK OF DIRT. They will nail you and are a huge company with a huge NERD that loves to take people to court and has plenty of time to do it. I fought them over my issues and $1100 in small claims. Couldn't believe I lost because I even had a former Hillsburough Plaza employeee testify FOR me. I paid them thier $1100 immediately and it is now a ding on my credit for 7 years. I really thought they were wrong and I would win, so much for our court system settling disputes.
