We made a bad choice, but you don't have to!

We've signed one-year lease and there's no way we are going to renew it. For two reasons:
1. Poor customer service. ----, the residence manager is cold, snobby and irresponsible. She often ignores the issues you report about your apt, and it's a waste of time to make any complains to her. It's pretty obvious that she doesn't give a rat's ass about the residents. Although the weekend manager ------ is much nicer and responsible, so whenever we have some issues, we wait for the weekend so that it can be taken care of.
2. It's pretty pretty pretty noisy. Not only from the caltrain, fire trucks, dumpsters and the streets, but also from inside of the building, since they like to modify the facility a lot. For the past few months we lived here, they did construction in the hallways for a couple month(extremely noisy) and this week they are rebuilding the swimming pool which was just fine. It seems that they just get too much money from us or have nothing else to do, but create constant noise for the residents. Why don't they fix the broken equipment and TV in the fitness room then'!
