These are very nice apartments in a good location in San Mateo. I just moved in yesterday, was a bit difficult to move my stuff since I was on the 4th floor and my truck was too high to fit in the Garage next to the elevator. The apartment was clean when I got here, a complementary wine bottle was waiting for me, and some necessaties in the bathroom as well. Residents are mostly old people and so I never heard any noise at all, and they are very friendly will greet you with a smile every time you see them. Compared to other apartments I think this apartment would rate 9/10.
