The complex is located on a wooded hillside in rural (yes, that's right!) San Mateo. Complete with deer grazing on the hillside and hawks soaring in the cooling afternoon breeze fresh from the ocean. My apt was recently remodeled with new appliances, carpet, paint and drapes. The (new) management team was friendly and responsive to my inquiries. The grounds are kept in nice order by a regular landscaping service. Compared to other places I've lived, this place is quiet, orderly, with good parking.
