There are so many eyesores that never move in the parking area that you can never find a parking space, even during the day.
Management has you sign a form indicating there will be no parking of unregistered cars, but they are so desperate for tenants they don't enforce it.
Constant mold in the bathrooms and no fans to remove excess moisture. Old carpet that cannot be replaced because "it was replaced a couple of years ago."
Laundry facilities are full of insects, so if you like insects they are a delight!
