This is by far the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. When at first the manager is doing the walkthrough with you, he tells you how great this neighborhood is and what a great area it is to live in. What they do not tell you is that the place is old, has mold EVERYWHERE, it is infested by insects (ants/termites) and the walls are so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing. And by EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING with a capital E. The last time you are going to hear your manager talk to you in calm and not irritated voice is right before you sign the paperwork and put in the deposit. Management is horrible. They never address the problems directly and make you ask a billion times before anything gets done. Supposedly this carpet was changed "2 years ago"... so why does it smell like a dumbster then' Be aware of the fact that there is NO SAUNA in the complex eventhough it is clearly listed on the contract. I asked them to fix it about 20 times at least, it's been 2 years and I am still waiting. Also, there are NO move-out fees listed on the contract, but just wait till you are ready to leave and get a $250 bill in the mail for "apartment cleaning", which is complete BS since our neighbors steam washed the carpet and walls themselves and were still asked to pay $250 at the end. They refused to pay that bill as long as possible, but the management just took it out of the deposit. If you do move in, too bad for you. At least avoid the manager at all costs if you do not want your mood ruined for the rest of your life. The only person to talk to is Alan. He does all maintenance of the building and he is super nice. I honestly do not understand how he can work with the other bunch of a-holes (on site manager and owners). The bottom line is, for the money you will pay here, there are a lot of other complexes that are newer, quieter and have non-caveman staff.
