I'm currently living here and I'm planning to move out soon. It's not an apartment of my dream. Very old building, noisy floors, lots of dogs. It's not worth any penny I pay. There are much better options in Foster City or San Mateo for this price.

He is just ok. I met him 2-3 times so I didn't have enough time to form my opinion about him.
