Great Complex! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Lived here for almost 6 mths now; like everything about the complex. The location is great, 5 mins to downtown San Mateo, and 5 mins to fwy 280. Can walk to Laurelwood Shopping Ctr thru the gated parking lot w/ supermarket, starbucks, roundtable pizza, dry cleaner, BofA... all within walking distance. The residents are all very nice and courteous. Plenty washer/dryer on each floor, exercise rm that's always empty, good storage facilities. The view side of the building has a great view of the Bay too! The manager, Rob is responsive and professional! Worth every penny!
