Moved in and then I found out via www.meganslaw.ca.gov that my neighbor is on the list with several counts against him. Brought the information (printout) to the Property Manager and requested that I moved, I have two children and I don't feel safe, her response was "You will be breaking your lease so I will have to charge you an extra month's rent".

I couldn't believe it! In this economy where does she think people get money' I can't beleive how they treated this situation. The manager Roxanna and the assistant manager, Rebecca are very unprofessional.
