This complex has many amenities and is very convenient, with Safeway, Long's and other stores right on the corner of the complex. Bus runs right by and goes to the train station, SFO and downtown SF. The San Mateo Performing Arts Center is just steps away, and the SM high school track, open to the public, is right next door.

Look for a remodeled unit. New floor covering, appliances and kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fixtures can make for a good buy in a complex with reasonable condo fees, a deeded parking space and a lot of space for visitors' cars.

I have had no problems living there and have nice neighbors and from my top-floor unit, a great view westward to the hills.
