The complex has great territory, swimming pools, tennis courts and gym with sauna. It's quiet and nice outside.

However, units are old. Most of them are old fashioned and have old appliances. Some units have mold in bathrooms. There are no A/C.
You can't use laundry facilities and trash room after 10 pm.

We were very satisfied with the complex facilities (except laundry), but moved out because of the complex's age.

If you don't care about age, new appliances, agree to use laundry room instead of having washer/dryer in your aprtment, and obey time restraints, you might like it because the amenities are great.

If you do care about mentioned above, this is probably not the best place for you. Although we enjoyed the surroundings, we moved to a brand new complex. I stil miss the pool and territory but having newer appartment is more important for us.
