I've been living at this complex since JJune 1st 2006 and it has'nt met my expectations. The building is very old and the hallways in building B smell like dumpsters as the garbege disposal is at the end. To make matter worse they put a nasty cheap air freshner there. There are 3 buildings; A, B and C of 3 stories high with 2 old shakey slow elevators and all buildings have different adresses. Cable TV reception is bad and Comcast does not provide High speed internet here as the management has bulk service package for cable TV. Plumbing is bad as Yoilets overflow even if its not your dump. If it floods upstairs then you are affected. Building C is mostly occupied by blind students as The Living Skills Center for the vissually impared is housed there as well. The blind people are cool and abide by the rules. There is a bug problem as well. Ants seem to keep comming out of the corners in the bathroom. Not enough light in the rooms. Have to turn on lights in the kitchen to use it. Pool and grounds are well maintained. Walking distance to AC transit Rapid stops and Contra Costa College, San Pablo supermarket and Double Rainbow ice cream stores and other fast food places. Old neighborhood but must be cautios alone at night. Just under a $1000.00 for 2 bdrm is'nt bad.
