I've lived at Hilltop for over 5 years now and I would not recommend renting there to my friends or family! The outside appearance is Ok, however if you take a closer look you will be highly disappointed. They have gone from a 1 year leasinging policy to 6 months. I am waiting for them to make it a 3 month lease next. The property says that we are paying for up keep of grounds & security. People have had their cars stolen from their locked garages! One woman was awakened in the wee hours of the morning only to find an intruder at her bedside!
You might say, "all rental properties are expensive and have securtiy issues these days." You'd be right, but the constant feeling of being royally ripped off and at risk is not a comfortable one.
I'm trying to get out, therefore I can't recommend anyone else to live at Hilltop Commons.
