I lived in the Commons from 1999-2000 and it was beautiful and QUIET. The management certainly was better then than when I just recently tried to move back here. The property at the time was painted better, did not look like mini-projects, and did not accept low income federal funds that now puts market rate renters out of their apartments. The marketing they now use saying that you can get up to $1600 off of your move in costs and first month's rent is a joke, and management has a rough time with following through on things.

I never moved back into the commons because so many things had changed and It took me two weeks to get my $200. deposit back.

The ratings given for this property are only from 1999-2000.
