I have seen the place go down the tube. Now it is a section 8 housing which means trashy people. Management is horrible and rude and people are worse. This IS THE ghetto. Prostition, drug peddlers and families with rude kids and rough dads are all around. Look elasewhere please unless this is your kind of gig. We are moving out soon.

I do hope you move soon! You should not lump all people that recieve Section 8 Housing as trashy. I find I funny that people lump every section 8 person as on type. I have a section 8 voucher. When I first got it I moved into the Fillmore Center in San Francisco. I was moving into an apartment on the 12th Floor. I had just lived there a few days and I got on the elevator with a woman. I asked her how she liked living there. She gave me the same answer you have about this complex. Well it's okay but they rent to section 8 people. You know that's welfare? She got off on the 9th floor. I wanted to say well lady I'm one of those section 8 people and live 3 floors above you. All different income levels can have good and bad people. Just because I have a section 8 voucher does not make me a bad person, rude, into drugs or mean I have 9 kids. Best of luck in your new digs. I hope you never fall on hard times or get priced out of the rental market and need some assistance with your rent.
