Tenement

Don't be lulled into or fooled by the office/management staff. They have no investment in the property. Chances are in one or two months you'll see a whole new set. Not one of them can endure, last, handle, working here which is a pity as the job requirements are something like: beating heart, ambulatory, ability to count to ten. And did I fail to mention a phonetically spelled name' For example, why use Mary when you could be Mare-ee'
And if you are tricked into renting, better just sell your vehicle and rely on public transportation. It does stop on the super speedway that runs in front of the ghetto complex. You'll be promised a parking space or may even be foolish enough to pay the extra money for a "covered" space or worse yet, big bucks for a garage (some tenents rent 2 or even 3 to store their junk). BUt, don't even think of using it for a vehicle as renters/section 8'ers, whomever they are park any where they like. It might be in front of your garage, in your assigned space, in the middle of the parking lot, where ever the mood strikes them.
So, if you have a junker you are trying to get rid of, why donate it to charity' Just come and park it here! It will sit forever. They have no security between 5 am and 5 pm, they don't tow cars and the worse that could happen is you get a little paper ticket written up by some rent a cop on the windshield. BUt, you'll be rid of that pesky old junker forever!
