Yes sometime people may not put trash in the bins sometime,and even parents send there young children to empy the trash and it don't always get in,but over all these are very small problems every community have some issues please try and be positive and remember everyone was not raised the way you were,it take some people longer anyone who qualify can live here they cant screen people and say do always put your trash in the bins. Yes it do take team work to turn a property into something good. Give the new staff a chance to make changes and make things better.
