I understand that a lot of these reviews here seem prejudice and discriminating. My advice is to be aware of EVERYONE. This complex is not very secure. Sure it is gated but as everyone knows all you have to do is wait a few minutes and someone will be leaving out so that you can enter. My apartment was burglarized while I was not home. The police officers that came to take the report reported that they had been to the complex 5x's that day already for other reports of buglary. The office of course claimed that there had been no other reported incidents (like the police officers would lie). It was shocking to witness how easily it was for the officer to take the window off of the wall. He basically pushed in, then up and off it came. The officer told me that the windows in the complex are not up to safety guidelines. There should be locks that prevent the windows from being able to push in, thereby making it impossible for robbers to take the window completely down. The unsafe complex make the risks of being burglarized entirely too high. Do not be fooled by the seemingly up to date kitchen, or the walk-in closets. And remember ANYONE can write a review here, i.e management! There are much more things to consider when moving into an apartment. Safety and personal belongings are definitely a high priority. Just do your research. Now I know exactly what I DON'T want in an apartment. And for anyone who's curious, I put my 30-day notice in the very next day. I don't have much, but what I have I work hard for. Just thought I'd help someone out.
