Just in response to whoever wrote the review about safeguarding your home. No amount of renter's insurance can replace the sentimental value of having your home, your things, your memories stolen. NO AMOUNT! The answer is not in safeguarding your home, the answer is in safeguarding the people you rent homes TO!. And doing your best as a mgmt team to make sure that the people in the community live in a property as safe as you can make it. Of course there are chances that a person can be buglarized in any location. But there IS a difference between high risk and low risk. Hilltop Commons is definitely high risk.
