Long time renter and like it here - I have lived at Villa Alvarado since 2003 and I like it here. I have seen managers come and go. Some where good and some where bad. I'd look around first Just look at the dumpsters and it will tell you a lot about the people who rent here. SOme don't even bother to throw their trash IN THE DUMPSTER. If it lands within 10 feet they seem to think that is good enough. Meanwhile, there are dirty diapers and food scraps
