I'd look around first Just look at the dumpsters and it will tell you a lot about the people who rent here. SOme don't even bother to throw their trash IN THE DUMPSTER. If it lands within 10 feet they seem to think that is good enough. Meanwhile, there are dirty diapers and food scraps
