Easy walking to old downtown, Warner Grand, and Harbor. Managers very nice and attentive. The only reason I moved was due to getting my own house. Pretty/ungly - The apartment is a pretty place to live and the community also great. The management is not in compliance with the fair housing laws. Management has some people paying for parking while others do not.Also allowing those who have balconies to choose their cable service provider.
