The apartments themselves are not bad, spacious and homey, but woe to you if anything is broken ever...esp. if you just moved in. You are asked to fill out a punch sheet, but when the lease runs out, I'll be darned if they can find it, explanation: must not have turned one in, wink wink, goodbye security deposit. Also, they gave my parking spots away three seperate times to other residents, though I was still living there, and failed to mention that to me. Their maintenece is always trimming bushes and blowing leaves early friday mornings, but they cannot fix the broken sprinkler heads that litter the complex and parking structures. The advertised gated community had a broken, and therefore open gate several times during my lease, resulting in several car robberies of my neighbors while I was there. Lastly, they fail to mention that you must give them thirty days notice before your lease is up or they will raise your rates and charge you for another month of rent you didn't want. Save yourself the exorbitant prices, Don't move in!

Gardeners come in the morning weekdays because people are suppost to be at "work" at this time to pay for the rent.
