I had a similar situation happen to me while staying at this location. When
I moved out I was present for the final walk through and they mentioned that the carpet needed to be shampoo. And
I would be responsible to pay for it out of the security deposit. They said that the total cleaning would cost about 120 total.
I was expecting 180 dollars back on my security deposit. Then when I contacted them to give them a forwarding adress they said that I owed them for new carpet. I asked them why should I have to replace the carpet when it was not new when I moved in. They claimed I damaged it. But on the final walk through paper work that I was present for there was no damage. They said they had pictures so I went to the rental office to see the pictures and there were no pictures are records. They claimed that a new management company took over and they didnt have the records. I never did get my $180 dollars back that was to be left over on my security deposit. But the alleged debt that I owed disappeared because they had no proof.

THIS PLACE IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. MANAGEMENT NEVER FOLLOWS THROUGH UNLESS YOU CONTACT THE OWNERS REPEATEDLY. I've lived here for over three years and this place is a nightmare. The upstairs neighbor had a revolving door hotel. With 2 adults, 5 teenagers, 1 three year old, and a doberman pincher. The stomping and banging 24/7 from the kid alone was enough to drive anyone batty. Management did nothing. I had to use legal notices of harassment and assault to get them out. They also make promises to clean the carpets periodically but never did it once. The previous renters were firemen and there were glue marks from duck tape down the center hallway that were atrocious.
