I cant believe how great the reviews are! Yes the sea breeze and accessibility is nice, but I have to say, I don't like living and sleeping with hundreds of termites in my bed! Seriously, I complained numerously about the termites flying around my bedroom and the dead termites in my window. The only solution the complex could offer me was to spray in the walls, which only kept the termites away for a few days. Me and my boyfriend had to sleep on the floor for three weeks in the living room because our bedroom was crawling with termites. I don't even want to know how bad the structural damage is in this complex because this has been going on for awhile, the owner does not want to fix the problem by tenting the place. We couldn't even get a refund on our rent when we lived with termites for three weeks! HORRIBLE!!!! Our neighbors moved out at the same time as we did because they had the same problem.
