We had a pretty good time living here. Just a couple of complains; Parking is horrible (one space per apt.), paint is so thick on the walls it is chipping, SMALL kitchen and (teenie tiny) bathroom with hardly any outlets for appliances. The buildings are old and the rent is TOO HIGH! Good things about living here; the neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is somewhat safe and pretty quiet. The staff here is fantastic. The rent is just too high, you'd be better off getting one of the ocean view apartments down the street for less money than this. I'd recommend this place if you've got money to burn. You really don't get what you pay for. Did I mention the rent was too high'' =)

We did... over 5 years ago. We now have ocean views in RPV at 1/3 the price we paid for rent there over half a decade ago, and are in a better school district. Did you see I posted this in 2003? Thanks for your concerns.
