The nicest thing about Marine View is the location and weather. It is by far located in one of the more desirable areas of San Pedro. It possess a view which is both stunning and worth some of the headaches the tenets put up with.


The most difficult aspect is that these units are originally built in WWII and in many cases its age is telltale. There is slow enthusiasm on the part of the management to upgrade and maintain and when they do, it comes with a ridiculous price increase. Some of the upgrades are superficial only.


The growing noise problem serves to create an environment of young rebellious and unsupervised children/teens. The choice in tenets has been lower end as of lately.


There is an inconsistent response to complaints regarding this problem which is the backhanded cause of growing tension among neighbors.


With a little imagination and effort this could be a more desirable place overall.
