We have really liked living here...it's a nice, generally quiet area. We are a mile from the water so we have a really nice breeze.
Our issues with the apartment itself have been as follows:
1- there are children running around without any supervision...they are extremely loud and obnoxious.
2-the insulation here is really really bad. Every morning we wake up with moisture on the INSIDE of all of our windows. The carpet gets damp. There is a prevalence of mold everywhere...on the window sills, any fruit accidentally left out overnight. We moved a rubbermaid container yesterday that had been up against a wall and the wall is full of mold.
3- the maintenance people are really nice, but they don't take a proactive role in making things better. They will fix a broken pipe for example and then wait and see what happens with any damages caused by the water.

Our personal experience with the landlord hasn't been bad. The office staff seem really nice and helpful. However, we also had problems with them charging us "fees" on top of our montly rent that they claimed were from the city.

Overall, I'd say this could be a nice place if you get an end apartment on the top floor. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
