Lets begin with the trash, it stinks. Now I have lived here for about 2 years and have really only been happy here for first few months. The neighbors are really nice and respectable (most of them) but with the new management there have been A LOT OF MOVE-OUTS which have prompted the management to rent with "only $99 move-in specials and no credit checks". So of course anybody with $100 bucks can probably move here, are the greater number of move-outs a sign of mismanagement' Who knows' I rented my home for $1471.75 which included water and trash. The rent has increased over $100 since I have been here (less than 2 years),, and I repeatedly get 3-day notices saying I owe for water and trash. I have been told that I would be evicted if I did not pay additional fees for water and trash repeatedly and I repeatedly keep paying, then they said I had to pay $500 for "possible incurred legal fees" or move so I paid that. According to my rental agreement I should not have paid the additional water and trash fees because they are included in the cost of rent WHICH I PAY. Management addmitted the mistake and still have not done anything that would suggest they care that they cause hardship on families because of their mismanagement. BE CAREFUL, READ THE TERMS OF YOUR LEASE AND KEEP THEM AT HAND, YOU MAY NEED TO TELL THEM WHAT THEY AGREED TO TO GET YOUR FAMILY IN HERE. Oh and another thing I was told that there were no pets allowed when I moved here but it seems that most people do have pets, cats fish, dogs that poop on the lawn and the whole bit. In addition to that you can see into or out of my apartment from the BOTTOM OF THE FRONT DOOR which means we get a lot of crawly critters day and night from the outside, which of course management knows about and have done nothing, the bathtub leaks from upstairs into the kitchen cabinets all over the dishes, the bathtup paint is chipping and clogs the drain,the smoke detectors keep falling the carpet is old and stained (it was like that when we moved here) we were promised new carpeting and NVER GOT THAT EITHER. They are rude and have refused to repair anything, oh wait, they say "we will send the maintenance guy right over", well its been over a year and we are still waiting.
