Management has gone to great effort to move new tenants in here. Several of the units are/were vacant but with the new ads offering $99 move in specials and no credit check they have been filling up pretty quickly. I already have complaints 1 new neighbor stays up talking on her cell phone at the top of her lungs as late as 3a.m. OUTSIDE laughing and giggling about people. My car has been scratched on BOTH SIDES, I see the police here a lot lately. Teenagers on skateboards crashing around making noise, and another neighbor that takes pictures of my child when he is playing. Why I dont know and she wont answer her door when I knock to ask why. Parking sucks, trash sometimes overflows over the weekend and the laundry room is in the back and very very dirty, the outside lighting is spooky there's not enough of it. and on and on.

I have visited because I have a friend who lives there and have noticed a few eviction notices posted on doors, makes me wonder why people are moving out.... I'll pass.

Do you realize with no credit check they can be renting the units out to ANYONE? There should also be a criminal check. The reason they want to move people in quick is because no one wants to live here and empty units mean no income for that month about the neighbor, have you complained about her? And as for the person taking pictures of your child , its ILLEGAL to take pictures of a monor without consent. Report that person to the police, he/she might a child molestation record since the they dont check for that. Dont put up with any of this nonsence.
