I would not advise my worst enemy to live here. I am looking for a new place. Several times the management has told me of rules that turned out to be lies. I asked, and they told me I could not have a satellite dish TV because they don't allow anything attached to their buildings. So now I get 5 English channels with an indoor antenna while 5 or 10 neighbors are putting up dish antennas. I worry about security because the door hinges are on the outside and all the windows are removable for cleaning (or breaking in) yet in their contract they claim no liability for protecting me or my possessions (--would that stand up in court') For months I have complained of mice in my rental space and they keep promising to do something, but nothing changes. They made me stay at home all day so they could work on my unit (I had to change plans) and no one showed up. Outside lighting keeps going out, high turnover in staff, shoddy stuff keeps breaking and they are very slow to repair it.

you should of just called animal control... There is no way that you should have to live with mice! You need to contact someone higher than the manager, they dont care because its just a job to them. Whos the owner?
