I dont know about the circumstances with the others on this site complaining but i can tell you from my short time being here that it is none of those things the others on this site say that it is atleast not anymore. If it was like that at all it is not even close to it now.

We have an excellent place to live here with the service for maintenance well taken care of and in a timely manor. the management company does a great job i think with the exception of when ever i call the office i dont get a person i get an answering machine i dont particularly care for that but that is my only complaint but they are good about calling back within a short period of time.

Anyway just thought i should let folks know things are not like what they used to be here at the Marine View Apartments they are very nice and upkept apartments along with frindly people to work with and who are willing to work with you in the event you are not exactly on time with your rent. They know things happen to cause you trouble and so long as you speak to them about the issues they will work with you this is what i have found.
