Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
We had roaches out the wazoo and couldn't get rid of them. Otherwise it was ok. Too much noise at night. Management ok. Maintenance good. Assigned parking. Convenient to everything. Close to the 110 freeway. 8 minutes from the ocean.
