bad place to live

bad mangment,bad maintenance charge to fix toilet always shooting and lot of graffiti and gang hangs out all the time throws beer bottles (glass) had a window broken, have to many kids so cant move but don't recommend for any to live in a very bad place and very pregdist mangment
