The Samoan Sea Apartments is a beautiful apartment complex although the managers are very unexperienced and unprofessional. Some of the tenants living there are disrespectful and inconsiderate of other peoples privacy. Most of the rules that are applied in the Tenant manuel are broken and sometimes done in front of the managers and the managers never take action.
