This place is just unbelievably bad! I've seen people touring and I just want to shout out "Stop!" The place is going under construction soon, they shut off the water with no warning for extended periods of time and never address any maintenance issues as they arise. The parking is so tight that you have to use a tank of gas to get out of the spaces. They're advertising daily for apartments on Craigslist at substantially lower rates than what people are paying now, because they jack up the rent incredibly after your lease is up. Month to month, forget it, the rates are ridiculous. I can't wait til I'm outta here in a couple of months. Please, please, please...don't do it!

here here I was better off buying a place that is a fe years old that had new carpet in it... and guess what my mortgage note is a 100 more than what my rent was... that is outrageous, go get a small place elsewhere. There really was not much luxury
