Don't move in here. They charge too much for too little; You have to pay a $70 utility bill from a company no ones ever even heard of. They do not show up when you schedule a time for maintenance, there have been SEVERAL vehicular break-ins in their parking garage, you can hear your neighbors BREATHE, and they're just really lousy money-grubbing people. Very true on the noise level. I had to endure listening to my neighboors snore, fart and etc ..

Money-grubbing is right. I was without hot water for literally weeks because they couldn't get hold of their cut-rate plumber and wouldn't call anyone else.

And the thing that really sucks is that your paying collectively on the utilities. I didn't even stay in my apartment for a month, and the bill was still the same.
