McInnis Park Apartments

Going downhill a little From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   After living here for a short time, rents went up and the quality of people living here has gone down. Many good people moved when the rents were raised substantially. And it is as if management rents to anyone without checking references or something. The garbage situation is disgusting...only picked up two times a week and is always overflowing. Many people are just slobs and don't care about their surroundings. Grounds are maintained weekly but many plants appear to be dying and need replacements. Apartments are OK but for the price, it should be nicer. My main complaint is the people living here who don't follow rules and who don't care which brings quality down.
