I love this place. I've been living here for 3 years. The complex is very clean and well-maintained and the tenants are friendly and quiet. The place is fairly new so I only had just a couple maintenance needs and both times it was fixed very promptly.
The management is outstanding. I can tell that the manager truly cares about her tenants.
This complex has all what I would look for: It's clean and well-maintained, friendly tenants, an outstanding and very nice manager, plus a gorgeous view of the hills too!

It's very suspicious how suddenly there are a number of "positive" comments about the manager. She's awful! A complete lunatic and bully - BEWARE!

Well, I do live here. In fact I lived here since 2006 and I've come to know the manager very well during my time here. She is very professional and just an overall nice person. I had nothing but good experience living here. I personally know a number of the tenants here and they all have positive feedback for the complex and the management!
