We've been here since 2002. We looked at 10-12 places before deciding on Bollinger Crest. The apartments are well layed out and spacious with plenty of storage. Not only is the view beautiful, it is quiet, clean and tenants are friendly. Smile and they smile back. It's safe, well lit and well maintained. We've only had a few minor problems which we're addressed promptly. The manager is professional and courteous and available by phone or e-mail. She is easy to approach and open to listening to your concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone.
