These apartment homes are fairly nice but the amenities are on the slim side for the rent charged.
The walls are thin and especially the neighbors above or below are easily heard.
The parking stinks for guests.
The noise from Crow Canyon can be very annoying early in the morning and at night when motorcyclists roar up the canyon.
The manager has a legendary reputation for intimidating the tenants.

Dear Land of Oz, Seems like you like the apartment okay however everything else stinks? My question to you is.....you saw the grounds, you saw your apartment, you knew about the parking, and noise on Crow Canyon...busy intersection we all know....I quess I want to ask you Why Did You Sign Your Lease?

It was the timing of what I needed and I just hoped it wouldn't be too bad. The issue with the intimidating manager WAS not pleasant and it is true that I have heard from MANY other residents that she is on a power trip, holding all the keys and scares everyone when she is in sight. She is a busy body in a bad way for Bollinger Crest

Yep, I know the manager personally. On an extreme power trip besides other issues.
