The apartments are WAY overpriced. The fireplace by hot tub has never worked. They have never completed our work orders. There is NO extra parking NONE. The will take your whole deposit even if the place is in immaculate condition. We were never even there! HORRIBLE place to live they will steal your money! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Yeah we moved out after living there for 3 years. They told us to make sure we clean the place up and we should get back most of our deposit. They did refund a little less than half of our $499 deposit, but charged us 200 dollars to clean after we spent a week cleaning the place spotless. We called and questioned the charge, and they said they charge everyone that fee regardless of the condition of the apartment when you leave. It is a flat rate cleaner they use. So either don't bother cleaning or ask them about it because they do not let you know that you will be paying for that service up front.
