I was having issues with my job, and i couldn't afford my rent. I spoke to upper management and explained my issue thinking I was going to have to give my 30 day notice and find another place to live. Suprisingly, they agreed to lower my rent to a more affordable price and I was able to stay in my unit. This is a great place to live and I would reccomend Promontory View to anyone!!

hahaha well that was a fake review if I have ever seen one. When I brought up the same issue to upper management he told me to quote "stop bitching" and find another place to live that was cheaper. If you are considering living here, please look at other options. This place has the WORST management I have ever had to deal with.

We remember you from another comment talking alot of trash. Sorry you have had a bad experience, but get over it and move forward! We actually have had a problem with rent as well since we are now paying childcare for a new baby it made things difficult. The owner did work with us and currently helped to resolve our issue. We are grateful. We have been onsite since 2002. That said, our family feels that the new management and office staff have come a long way and have been very friendly and helpful with our maintenance requests and other needs. Granted the maintenance request tend to take longer to fulfill then they use to unfortunately. Our building is being worked on in May. They are giving new upgrades such as windows, doors, and a great new thing for the ground floor tenant's (All ground floor apartments will have a sliding door to an outside enclosed private patio adjucent to one of the bedrooms). We have always thought that empty slab of concrete was a waste of space on the buildings and are glad they are finally doing something about it. Not only will that look good, but it will be useful space as well.

OMG the management here if anything has gotten worse then better just read all of the reviews and you can pick the one written by management here like this on. I lived there 7 years paid rent always on time I just moved out because of the management had nothing to do with the work being done management treats you like your nobody.

Prom. View Staff was terrible. I moved out because they dont care about the residents. We used to turn our rent into a person, now they dont even want to see you and treat you like a number. I know its buisness and we are a number but the current staff never made anyone feel welcome. Oh yeah look out for the racoons at night in the dumpster areas. They are big and always more than one.
