My Honest Opinion This is our second year living in this complex and so far we've had no major problems, minor ones were fixed in a flash. There are a couple of concerns I would like to suggest though, rent increase shouldn't be done every lease renewal, carpet maintenance

A DUMP and A DARK DIRTY HOLE Dont even consider moving here we regret it sooo very much. As many people have stated everything is outdated and worn. Management is awful. This place is so filthy and gross. I would highly advise you spend a hundred more a month and get yourself a nicer place.
