Great Place! From: m0t0rway Date posted: 1/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Noise is never an issue. Maintenance is great. It's a little pricey ($1890 for a two bedroom), but with a garage and the lack of noise, it's worth it for me. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops when moving in (meeting the income requirement), but it was worth it! I really have nothing bad to say about my experience living here. The leasing office people are also very reasonable and friendly. In six months of living here I only heard noise from my bedroom one Saturday night, and it was from a neighboring complex, not part of Aspen Village. Very scenic and nice nature outside. The appliances and fixtures are on the cheaper end, but if you want nice faucets and appliances, I think you should buy a house or condo. and upgrade to your liking. What the unit comes with is nice enough though.
