To say the staff at this fortress from hell appalled me would be a gross understatement. The very day I moved in the garbage disposal wasn't working ' after repairing said garbage disposal the maintenance team from hell left a nasty note on my door telling me that the damage was my doing (this, on a disposal I hadn't even used). The property manager (whose personality ranks right up there with that of a truck-stop bartender) had about as much business working with the public as Ozzy Osborne would writing children's stories! The only praise I would give this toxic beast would be on her VERY TALENTED performance in convincing new (unsuspecting) tenants that she has even one ounce of couth. The Aspens is the place to be if you enjoy cockroaches, ants, and a myriad of spiders commingling with your bed sheets and breakfast cereal. If you enjoy your privacy being CONSTANTLY invaded by unit inspections, which are done on almost a monthly basis by a control-freak of a manager, The Aspens is the place for you. A trailer park home in East L.A. would be a step up from this place.

Other the the garbage disposal problem (which is pretty minor if you ask me), I don't really see what's so bad about your experience.
